Team Sports Registration – Important Information for Captains
If you’re registering a team for a sport such as Hockey, Curling, or any other team-based event, please review the following details:
- Team Roster Form Required
- The Team Captain must complete and submit a Team Roster Form, listing all team members and their contact details. This form will be provided during the registration process.
- Facility Fee Payment
- Team sports may involve a facility usage fee (e.g., arena or curling rink rental). The Team Captain is responsible for covering this cost on behalf of the team.
- An invoice will be issued to the captain after registration.
- Instructions for payment will be included with the invoice.
- Each Team Member Must Register Individually
- While the Team Captain submits the team info and fee, each team member must still register individually through Race Roster to be eligible to participate in the Games.
